The Vision, The Mandate, The Mission
Our Founding Vision
Upper Room Chapel (First)
On December 30, 2011, during a divine encounter, God's servant saw the earth covered in gross darkness. The Lord spoke: "Rise, my son, and show forth my glory. Let my glory shine as light, and kings will come to the brightness of your rising."
This marked the genesis of this global ministry, fulfilling Isaiah 60:1-3 and Luke 4:18-19.
The Divine Mandate
"Preach liberty to the captives..."
